Matt helped me and my son purchase a new home from late February of 2020 to June of 2020. Matt was always available quickly, which was great in a market like we have today. Very knowledge with the area’s of Eau Claire area, Matt met with me before looking to find out what the two of us would want and when we viewed houses gave great input about things about the house that we may not have seen. Overall would definitely work with Matt in future, great guy and made the entire process as easy as could be even during a pandemic. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

As a first time home seller, I was nervous about the process. I wanted to do as little as I needed to maximize my return. When I hired Matt McElroy, he calmed all my nerves. He had a list of trusted people that could do all the work for me so I didn’t have to do anything to get my house in top selling condition. All the people be recommended did an amazing job and for a fair price. I literally just moved my belongings out and Matt took care of the rest. My house was ready to be sold a short two weeks after I moved out. Matt knew the appropriate amount to list my house for and within 30 hours on the market, I had a full price offer in hand. The entire time of the house selling process, Matt had my best interest in mind. He answered all my questions and walked with me through the this journey. This process was so easy. As an anxious person, I can’t stress this enough: Matt made this process so easy. I made more money on my house than I thought and I didn’t have to do any of the work! I can’t recommend Matt enough.
